What Comes Next? The Story of the Early Church “Christ is risen!” For disciples of Jesus, this amazing proclamation changes everything. But what does it actually look like to love God and neighbor and “do church” together? What does it mean to be Easter people in a Good Friday world? The Acts of the Apostles tells the messy and magnificent story of the early church. It picks up right where the Gospel of Luke left off, featuring remarkable stories of courageous and imperfect women and men as they spread the good news of God’s love into all the world. Join Pastors Jeff and Erin as we study six biblical passages from Acts over the next six weeks together (April 8 – May 13). The class will gather in the Upper Room from 8:45 – 9:45am. Here are the passages if you’d like to study ahead (Acts 1:1-11; 6:1-7; 9:1-22; 11:1-18; 15:1-31; 16:16-40 and 28:23-31). We’d love to see you there!
