Sundays at 8:45 a.m. in the Upper Room: December 3, 10 and 17.

Join us for this creative, study that compares how Christmas is observed in each of the four Gospels, by imagining each Gospel writer’s home during Advent. For instance, Mark’s home is sparse, with little to no decorations. While, Matthew’s home is crowded with extended family who traveled great distances to be together. Illustrations of each Gospel house are provided by artist Kevin Burns based on his interpretation of the shape and character of each Gospel. Together, we will be challenged to see Christmas from the different perspectives offered in each house as we further reflect on the mystery of Jesus.
