Jeff and Crystal Sandberg have resided in Wenatchee for the past five years. After three years of substitute teaching and almost changing career fields, Jeff pursued a teaching post a Eastmont's Clovis Point Intermediate School as their music specialist, where he just finished his second year. He and his wife spend time with FPCW youth reaching out to the community. He facilitates a junior/senior high boys bible study, and serves as Abbey's assistant for FPCW youth programs, teaching and leading worship. He and Crystal LOVE frisbee.
As the Utility Musician at FPCW, I provide accompaniment for praise team and choir rehearsals and worship services, and direct the choir and worship team as needed. I am also partially responsible for advising the music director on worship music and it's content. It has been best said that to find out about a church's doctrines, all one has to do is listen to their worship music. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to sift carefully through the myriad of music choices before allowing certain musical texts into our worship.
MY STATEMENT OF FAITH: We should praise God everyday and give thanks that He came to earth in the form of a man to become the satisfaction of God's wrath for the sins of the world and that by faith in Him, we can have eternal life.
